Defective or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns & exchanges Because our products ship from multiple suppliers, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll walk you through the process.

Sale items & gift cards These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
